We follow the Fundraising Regulator’s Code of Fundraising Practice and aim to fundraise legally, openly and respectfully.

Standards

Clear, honest communications; respect supporter preferences; no undue pressure; prompt handling of complaints; protect vulnerable people.

Third parties

Written agreements with agencies/partners; due diligence; monitoring compliance.

Gift handling & refunds

We issue receipts, manage Gift Aid correctly, and handle refund requests in line with our Complaints Policy and legal guidance.

Data protection

We use supporter data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR; robust consent management for marketing.

Governance

Trustees oversee fundraising risks, conflicts of interest, and review performance and complaints.
